What does Bryant Homes charge?
We earn a commission on each confirmed booking. Commission, service fees, cleaning fees and taxes are set per agreement and shown clearly on every booking statement and payout, so nothing is hidden inside the total.
How long does verification take?
Most submissions are reviewed within a few working days once your documents and photos are complete.
Can I host more than one property?
Yes. You can add multiple properties, and buildings with several units can be managed as one listing with individual units inside it.
Do I keep control of my calendar?
Always. You can block dates, record bookings taken elsewhere and pause a listing at any time.
