Payments and payouts
Every amount is shown in Ugandan Shillings before you confirm, and every confirmed booking carries a verifiable receipt.
How guests pay
Mobile money and card payments are supported, along with bank transfer for longer corporate stays.
The total shows the nightly rate, the service fee and any taxes before you confirm.
Receipts
Each booking gets a reference and a receipt with a verification code, which you can save or print from your bookings.
Host and owner payouts
Payouts are released after check in, less the platform commission, to the mobile money or bank account on file.
Where a property manager runs the home, the owner statement shows the management fee separately.
Refunds
Refunds follow the cancellation terms on the listing. Mobile money refunds usually arrive within three working days.
