These expectations keep homes and neighbours comfortable, and keep our hosts confident about welcoming you.
Arrival and identification
The guest who booked must be present at check in and may be asked for a national ID or passport.
Only the number of guests on the booking may stay in the home.
In the home
Respect the house rules shown on the listing, including quiet hours, smoking and pet rules.
Parties and events are not allowed unless the listing says otherwise in writing.
Register visitors at the gate where the property requires it.
Damage and loss
Tell your host straight away if something breaks. Repair costs for avoidable damage may be charged.
Reviews and conduct
Reviews must describe your own stay honestly. Harassment or discrimination leads to removal from the platform.
