Terms of service
These terms apply when you use Bryant Homes as a guest, host, property manager or experience provider.
Using your account
You must give accurate details, keep your login private and be responsible for activity on your account.
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts guests, hosts or properties at risk.
Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed once it is accepted and payment is recorded. Every confirmed booking carries a reference and a verifiable receipt.
Service fees and taxes are shown before you pay and are set out on your receipt.
Listings and content
Hosts confirm they have the right to list a property and that photos, amenities and pricing are accurate.
We review listings before they are published and may pause a listing that is inaccurate.
Liability
Bryant Homes connects guests with hosts and providers. Stays and experiences are delivered by those hosts and providers.
Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Ugandan law.
