Verification
Every listing is reviewed before it goes live. We check ownership or management rights, photos, address and amenities.
A listing can be paused if what a guest finds does not match what was published.
Accuracy and pricing
Keep photos, amenities, rates and availability current. Do not charge fees at the door that were not on the booking.
Cleanliness and readiness
Homes are handed over cleaned, with working water, power backup where advertised, and fresh linen.
Response and cancellations
Reply to booking requests and guest messages within 24 hours.
Host cancellations close nights that could have been sold, so repeated cancellations affect your placement on the platform.
Payouts
Payouts are released after check in, less the platform commission shown in your dashboard.
